Hi, I'm Tracey!

Pharmacist, Artist, & Mindful Art Teacher

I love sharing my passion for art and meditation practices with others!

Life is stressful, I totally get it.  With kids, relationships, work, and everything else in between  - it's overwhelming!

And I'm sure there's nothing more you want than to be present and actually enjoy your life RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW.

Find something that makes you feel good and follow that.  Maybe it's looking at a piece of art or maybe it's making your own.

Making ART is what brings me peace & joy!

So, I want to share it with you!  It may be through my paintings, my mindful art courses, or just reading my blog.
