Pharmacist turned Artist, Mindful Art Teacher & Meditation Coach
I love sharing my passion for art and meditation practices with others!
Life is stressful, I totally get it. With kids, relationships, work and everything else in between - it's overwhelming!
And I'm sure there's nothing more you want than to be present and actually enjoy your life RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW.
Sometimes you can find peace just by looking at a beautiful piece of art. No pressure to be doing anything else.
And making ART is what brings me peace & joy!
